Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

By booking a service with FreshFlow, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

FreshFlow provides air conditioner cleaning services for residential and commercial units, including split-type, window, cassette, and centralized systems. Our Eco Clean method uses natural, chemical-free cleaning solutions designed to improve air quality and energy efficiency.

2. Pre-Service Acknowledgement

By booking a service, you confirm that:

• Your air conditioning unit(s) are in proper working condition

• There are no known mechanical, electrical, or structural issues prior to service

• You have disclosed any relevant information about your unit’s condition during booking

  
  

FreshFlow does not provide repair services or diagnose underlying mechanical issues.

3. Waiver of Liability

FreshFlow and its technicians will exercise care during service. However, by engaging our services, you agree that:

• FreshFlow is not liable for any existing faults or issues that may be revealed or worsened during cleaning (e.g. leaks, rusted parts, weak seals, mold damage)

• You waive all claims against FreshFlow for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: property damage, AC malfunctions, water leaks, or performance issues, unless caused by proven gross negligence

• You are responsible for ensuring the AC unit is suitable and safe to be serviced

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via approved methods (FPS, PayMe, Bank Transfer, Cash, or Cheque). Prepaid bookings are eligible for promotional discounts. If paying after service, payment is due immediately upon completion.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepayment.

6. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the air conditioning unit(s) on the scheduled day. FreshFlow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if the working environment is unsafe or access is blocked.

7. Use of Information

By booking, you consent to the collection of your contact details for communication, scheduling, and follow-up purposes. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Final Acknowledgement

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You release FreshFlow from any liability for pre-existing conditions and accept responsibility for the condition of your AC unit at the time of service.
